I Land DreamBali5.0

Buying or renting a villa in Bali, briefly.

Enough to read before you message. Start on the villa page, then ask on WhatsApp.

Do you sell and rent villas in Bali?
Yes. I Land Dream lists villas for sale and villas to rent by the month or the year in Bali.
What is the minimum stay to rent a villa?
Monthly listings are usually one month minimum. Annual listings are twelve months. Each villa page in Bali states the term and the minimum stay.
Can a foreigner buy a villa in Bali?
Yes. Most international buyers take leasehold in their own name, or buy freehold through a local company (PT PMA). The right path depends on the villa. Ask when you enquire.
What is the difference between freehold and leasehold in Bali?
Freehold (Hak Milik) is ownership of the land. Leasehold (Hak Sewa) is a long right to use it, often 25 to 30 years with extension options. Every sale page states which one it is, and remaining lease term where it applies.
How do I ask about a villa?
Open the villa you like, for sale or for rent, and tap Ask about this villa. That opens WhatsApp with the home already named. You can also copy the WhatsApp number from the header, or send a note from Contact.
Are loans available to buy a villa in Bali?
Purchases are usually paid in full. Some sellers agree a short staged schedule. Local bank finance for foreign buyers is uncommon. Ask on WhatsApp about the villa you are looking at.
What do villas here tend to cost?
Sale prices and monthly or annual rents are on each villa page. WhatsApp us with your area and budget. We see more homes in Bali than we publish.
Can I list my property with I Land Dream?
Yes. Owners and landlords can list a property for sale, or to rent by the month or the year, in Bali. Share the details with us. We will come back with any questions.
