What to know before you rent a villa in Bali

I Land Dream lists monthly and annual villas to rent in Bali. Read how a stay works.

Homes to live in, by the month or the year

I Land Dream lists villas for rent in Bali by the month or by the year. Each listing states the term, the rent, and the minimum stay. Open a home you like, then enquire on WhatsApp.

Monthly homes are a way to live here while you settle. Annual homes are for a longer stay, with twelve months as the usual term.

Minimum stay

Monthly listings are usually one month minimum. Annual listings are twelve months. The villa page states the term for that home.

If you need a different length, ask on WhatsApp. We will tell you what that villa can do.

How to ask about a villa

Start on the villa page. Tap Ask about this villa. That opens WhatsApp with the home already named. You can also copy the WhatsApp number from the header, or send a note from Contact.

Tell us when you hope to move in, how long you want to stay, who will live there, and what the house must do on an ordinary day. That is enough for a first reply.

What happens after you enquire

We confirm whether the dates work, and we share anything the listing does not already say. Viewings are arranged once that is clear. Photographs of other rooms can follow in the same chat.

Rents and terms stay on each villa page. If you are still choosing, WhatsApp us with how you want to live and for how long. We see more homes in Bali than we publish.
